What is crystallized coffee?
It is made by preserving the flavor and aroma of coffee, creating a lightweight, shelf-stable product that dissolves instantly in water.
How does crystallized coffee differ from instant coffee?
Unlike traditional instant coffee, which is often spray-dried at high temperatures, our crystallized process retains more of the coffee’s natural oils and flavors, offering a richer taste closer to freshly brewed coffee.
Is your coffee 100% natural?
Yes! Our coffee is made from high-quality coffee beans with no artificial additives or preservatives—just pure coffee goodness.
Does the crystallized coffee taste as good as fresh coffee?
Our customers rave about the bold, smooth flavor! While it’s not identical to freshly brewed coffee, our process locks in exceptional taste and aroma.
Are there going to be more flavors?
Yes! We have more flavors in the pipeline and we are very excited to share it with you guys in due time!

Preparation and Storage
How do I prepare a cup of Kingsley coffee?
Just add the coffee from the capsule (It's about 2 espresso shots) to hot or cold liquid of your choice (e.g: Water. Milk etc.), stir, and enjoy! No brewing equipment needed.
How should I store the coffee capsules?
Store it in a cool, dry place in its original airtight packaging or a sealed container. No refrigeration is required.
How long can I keep the capsules?
You can keep the capsules for about 2 years from manufacturing date. The manufacturing date is printed on the box.
Ordering and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and [e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay]. All payments are processed securely and Paynow (Singapore Orders)
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account saves your info for faster future orders and lets you track order history.
Do you accept international payments?
Yes, as long as your payment method is supported (e.g., international credit cards or PayPal). Ensure your shipping address is in a region we serve.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order if it hasn’t shipped. Email us at contact@kingsleycoffee.sg with your order number to request cancellation.
Can I do bulk order?
Yes you can! Do email us at contact@kingsleycoffee.sg with your request and we will follow up from there
Do you supply to offices/homes?
Yes we do! Do email us at contact@kingsleycoffee.sg with your request and we will follow up from there. Do note there is minimum quantity needed.
Shipping and Delivery
What are the deliveries available in Singapore?
We have Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) and Next day Delivery (1 Working day) for delivery in Singapore
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do! Currently, we ship to Malaysia and United States!
If you are not from either of the country listed above, do drop us an email and we can arrange something!
Will I get updates on my delivery?
Absolutely! We’ll send confirmations when your order is processed, dispatched, and out for delivery
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your coffee arrives damaged, email us at contact@kingsleycoffee.sg with a photo within 48 hours, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us at contact@kingsleycoffee.sg immediately. We’ll try to update it, but changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is processed.
